SMACI has eleven (11) full-time employees consisting of the Executive Director, Senior Program Officer, Team Lead (field coordinators), Gender and Child Welfare Officers (1 & 2), GBV Case Workers/Protection officer, Community engagement Officer, MEAL Officer, Finance Officer, Admin and Finance Assistance, Office Assistant. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations and the successful implementation of projects.
